Tim Ison brings over 15 years of experience in the haulage industry, contributing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.
His strong leadership skills have been instrumental in growing Ison Haulage from the ground up, and he is the driving force behind the company's success.
Tim’s unwavering commitment to excellence and his dedication to the team make him an invaluable leader.
Today, Tim proudly serves as the director of three companies: Ison Haulage Pty Ltd, Inland Crushing & Quarries, and Kainama Cattle Company.
Hayley Ison
Company Secretary
Alongside Tim, is his beautiful wife Hayley Ison.
Since the inception of Ison Haulage, Hayley has played various essential roles within the company. Her constant support and encouragement of both the team and her husband have been instrumental in the company’s growth and continued success. Simply put, Ison Haulage wouldn’t be where it is today without her.
Outside of work, the Ison Family raise four beautiful children: Ivey, Flynn, Tanner, and Pippi.
Scott Smith
Haulage Operations Manager
Scott, or better known as 'Smithy' is the man in charge of the haulage side of the business.
With over 25 years' experience in the industry, Smithy is responsible for overseeing all haulage operations, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success.
By trade, Smithy is a qualified Mechanic.
Georgie Statham
Office Manager / Finance Manager
Georgie started with Ison Haulage at the end of 2023.
As the Office Manager / Finance Manager, Georgie plays a crucial role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Emily Gleeson
Contracts Administration
Emily, or better known as 'Em G' has been a part of the Ison Haulage team since 2022.
As the Contracts Administrator, Emily ensures that all contractual agreements are meticulously managed from inception to completion.
Emily became a first time Mum at the end of 2023, to her beautiful boy Laykn and now works part-time in the office.
Jake Scott
Quarry Operations Manager
Jake started with Inland Crushing & Quarries at the beginning of 2024.
Jake made the decision to move back to his hometown, Chinchilla and fill the role of 'the man in charge of the quarries'.
As the Quarry Operations Manager, Jake is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our quarry, ensuring that all production targets are met.
With a previous background in soil testing, Jake has made a perfect fit to the team.
