Tim Ison
Managing Director
Tim is the leader of the Ison Haulage team.
Tim has grown the Ison Haulage name from the roots up over the many years and is the reason the company is where it is today.
Tim’s commitment to excellence and his unwavering dedication to the team makes him an invaluable leader.
With over 15 years' experience in the truck industry, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and leads it with pride.
Tim is now the proud director of three companies: Ison Haulage Pty Ltd, Inland Crushing & Quarries and Kainama Cattle Company.
Hayley Ison
Business Manager
Alongside Tim, is his beautiful wife Hayley. Since the beginning of the Ison Haulage days, Hayley has filled various shoes within the company.
Ison Haulage would not be where it is today and simply wouldn't keep spinning without her constant support and encouragement of the team and her husband.
Outside of work, the Ison Family raise 4 beautiful Ison children; Ivey, Flynn, Tanner & Pippi.
Hayley now works part-time in the office, as she is a busy Mum.
Scott Smith
Haulage Operations Manager
Scott, or better known as 'Smithy' is the man in charge of the haulage side of the business.
With over 25 years' experience in the industry, Smithy is responsible for overseeing all haulage operations, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success.
By trade, Smithy is a qualified Mechanic.
Georgie Statham
Office Manager / Finance Manager
Georgie started with Ison Haulage at the end of 2023.
As the Office Manager / Finance Manager, Georgie plays a crucial role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Emily Gleeson
Contracts Administration
Emily, or better known as 'Em G' has been a part of the Ison Haulage team since 2022.
As the Contracts Administrator, Emily ensures that all contractual agreements are meticulously managed from inception to completion.
Emily became a first time Mum at the end of 2023, to her beautiful boy Laykn and now works part-time in the office, as she is off enjoying being a Mum.
Jake Scott
Quarry Operations Manager
Jake started with Inland Crushing & Quarries at the beginning of 2024.
Jake made the decision to move back to his hometown, Chinchilla and fill the role of 'the man in charge of the quarries'.
As the Quarry Operations Manager, Jake is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our quarry, ensuring that all production targets are met.
With a previous background in soil testing, Jake has made a perfect fit to the team.
